[Artemisia] announcement not legal

It is permissible as long as it has been published in the SAGE ADVICE
(our official publication), the Aerie, while indeed unofficial, IS
another form of communication with our membership. Lady Sorcha did not
make the last Sage publication deadline but it will be in the next one.
No harm done. If anyone has other questions on this aspect please
contact me directly.

The Aerie {and any other chat list} is informal communication.   
You will need to write a similar message and have it printed in the
_Sage Advice._

Please pardon the bandwidth but I wanted to make a short announcement
for clarification. From this point on, the local youth officers will no
longer be known as the ministers of youth and the Kingdom title will
also lose the word minister. In response to a suggestion given in a past
Sage Advice towards more PC titles and words, the officers will be known
as the following; The Kingdom Youth Officer, the Northern Kingdom
DeputyYouth Officer, the Middle Kingdom Deputy Youth Officer and the
Southern Kingdom Deputy Youth Officer. An example of how the local youth
officers titles will be used might be the Barony of Loch Salaan Youth
Officer or the Shire of Stan Wyrm Youth Officer. It is this office's
hope that this will make more sense to even those who are just dipping
their toes into the dream. It also takes any religious implications out
in regards to the youth program. Please feel free to email me with any
questions, thoughts or concerns about this change
 at artemisiayouth at cyrstalcrags.org  and thanks for your patience with
this announcement.
