Estrella War Armored Combat Marshallate Guidelines and Combat Conventions

Their Royal Majesties of the Kingdoms of Atenveldt, Caid, and the Outlands
are pleased to announce that They have agreed upon and signed "Estrella War
Armored Combat Marshallate Guidelines and Combat Conventions" that will
govern marshallate activities and armored combat between the Allied Realms
at Estrella Wars.

The guidelines in the "Estrella War Armored Combat Marshallate Guidelines
and Combat Conventions" codify many of the traditional Estrella War
standards and combat conventions defined during more than 15 years of annual
Estrella War Treaty Negotiations held by the Estrella War Principal Kingdom
monarchs. Future Estrella War Treaties will reference and supplement the
guidelines in this document.

The Principal Kingdoms for Estrella War may make annual changes to the newly
published guidelines as long as the changes are approved and signed by all
of the Crowns of the Principal Kingdoms for the Estrella War where they will
take effect, and by the Marshal-in-Charge for Estrella War. 

Estrella War Treaty Negotiations are held each year to allow the Principal
Kingdoms monarchs to create an Estrella War Treaty defining the armored
combat/rapier scenarios, target archery competition, and the Arts and
Sciences Competition held between the Allied Realms at that year's Estrella
War.  The Principal Kingdom monarchs will be holding Treaty Negotiations for
Estrella War XXV on October 18, 2008.
