[Artemisia] Raptor War Returns

To expound on this, a RLPT is where the Laurel's display their stuff, and everyone gets to ask them questions about it. The idea behind an Artisan's Display is to learn about something and offer up your knowledge on the subject as well. In this case, the Laurels will be showing some of their work.

Yay goodies!

Straight from Mistress Giliana's email:
The Reverse Laurel's Prize tourney is the chance for the Laurels to display their goodies, answer questions (and get gifties)

What, may I ask, is a reverse Laurel's Prize Tourney? I don't think I've
heard of that before.
