Knowing both you and your situation, and Sir Yumitori and his position on the issue, I believe he has stated that your post regarding offering your pavillion due to the tough economy is quite within the bounds of "politeness" on the Aerie.  I would recommend that you offer pictures of the pavillion through private email contact only.
