[Artemisia] Estrella arrival

For those folks staying home, who might be a little sad that they're not
going, I bring this little reminder of last year to help ease the pain. This
is probably what they're experiencing right now. Note that this picture was
taken *two feet* from the front door of my tent, not somewhere where it was
extra bad.

Apparently there has been some rain, though not as much as last year.  Any
vehicles that are on site now and are within the camping areas have been
asked not to move.  They are expecting the weather to clear and the roads to
dry.  If you can delay your arrival, you will likely aviod the muck.
