[Artemisia] April Crown Tournament 2009

Greetings! 

April Crown Tournament is fast approaching! 

What is even faster is the deadline to declare your intent to enter that
decorated tournament. The deadline for Letters of Intent is MARCH 21st,
2009.  This is a hard deadline and all declarations must be RECEIVED by
Their Majesties and myself by that date. Copies of your membership card
and combat authorization must also be included. Currently delivery by
email or hard copy is acceptable. Addresses can be located in your Sage
Advice.
