[Artemisia] New Marshals Handbook is up on Web Page

Greetings All,
 
The Artemisian Marshals Handbook has been updated, and is in effect immediately.  HL Darius, the Kingdom Webmaster has put the new version up on the Kingdom web page.
 
Marshals and other interested people, please download a copy so you can have it in the field.
 
A quick note on what's been changed:
 
1.  You must be a member to fight, not only to authorize.  The verbiage on that is cleared up in the new version.
 
2.  It is the authorizing marshals duty to sent the authorization card stub to the Minister of the Marshallate Rolls.  It is no longer the responsibility of the fighter.
 
3.  Engagement on a Line, Death from Behind, and Death on the Ground have been put in the Handbook.
