[Artemisia] Baron' War- HELP NEEDED!

Greetings!  I am in need of  **committed** assistance for early (11-1ish) set-up & take-down of my pavilion at Barons' War, 4-6 strong individuals for both days.  Those who commit to, and do, help will recieve a reward and my undying thanks.  Those who just show up and help with no prior commitment will recive thanks and POSSIBLY a reward as well.  Food and drink may also be offered to those who make a PRIOR COMMITMENT as well.
Bottom line- I can't do it myself, and don't want to rely on "maybes" that will cause me to injure myself doing what has to get done that I can't do, therefore...
just show-up and help= sincere thanks
commit to set-up/takedown ahead of time and do one=sincere thanks and small reward
commit to and do both=sincere thanks and biggest reward I can give.
commit then don't show up (unless emergency interfered)= no thanks, no reward, no trust next time.

Please reply privately, and include favorite beverage/cut of steak
