[Artemisia] UPDATE: SCA at Kandahar in Afghanistan--rapier gear!

I don't own rapier gear myself, and I'm probably not the only one, lol! I 
would like to contribute though...funds or something, for the purchase of 
new gear? Or handmade jupons or something that the duelists need to wear?
