To all,

There was a slight issue with the land allocation page which only
affected viewing the page in Internet Explorer (as far as I know).
The Land Allocation Officer and the Webmaster were having a bit of
fun, however after a short while it seems that the script used to do
so was trying to redirect to the developer's page for donations.
Because of the way the page is written, it can't do that. :)  So
instead, it was throwing an error (which firefox at least ignored)
which would result in a blank page in IE.

The call to the script has been disabled, and the page should load
fine in all browsers again.
