Ha! Fie upon thee, Morgan, thou dastardly knave, for the gauntlet has been thrown down, and returned. I accepted thy challenge, and have no intention whatever of letting you out of it. Others may do as they will, but I will?face thee across the tables at Kingdom A&S, and will be victorious over thee. Bring on thy best work, for it will be but dross when compared with the quality of mine own.

Lord Padruig McTavish, OGML
Artemisia Youth Combat Marshal

(disclaimer: The wording of this missive is for entertainment purposes only. Any offense taken is totally the responsibility of the taker, as none was given by the sender. Knave is a term of endearment, and dastardly, as an adjective, merely emphasises the relative dearness of the term of endearment. The thrown gauntlet was hurled under controlled conditions, and at no time were animals endangered in any way. The reference to tables is based on past A&S events, andd does not guarantee that there may be tables present at future A&S events. Dross is an analogy to the leavings of the forging process, and in no way implies that a nameless someone will burn Morgan's work during the competition, thus guaranteeing Padruig victory over him. Victory conditions, of course, have yet to actually be determined, and judges may choose who they wish as victor. The insistance of the sender that he will be victorious does not necessarily have any bearing on reality.)
