That's good news!

Thanks for doing the responsible thing and giving everyone a heads up
even before you knew for certain the magnitude of the illness.  It was
very responsible and is appreciated.

It's also a timely reminder to take good care of ourselves - eat well,
sleep enough, and stay hydrated - which is always good advice but even
more so now.
