Bethoc said: "I would request that in the absence of a scroll, the recipient,
at a minimum receives some sort of written 'proof' that they received it, 
including the date it was received and who gave it to them."To which I want to wholeheartedly agree.  Over the years, due to, uh, loss of court reporting forms, I've had to come up with this "proof" that Bethoc mentions, to confirm awards given.
