[Artemisia] February 36th

I am unsure who has steward ship of the event calendar but I noticed that on
the Kingdom Webpage that 2010 will have at least 36 days in February and
that the 36th day of February is available for an event.
I'm not sure if this is the intention or if Artemisia has moved away from
the Gregorian calendar completely. I propose we call it the Morgonian
Clendar after our Beloved Baron Morgan Du Bladd :)
