[Artemisia] Teen prom for Everyone?

Hi Everyone,

Wow! What a thread!

Two teens that are reading this thread for sure are my
daughters....they're just too shy too post...:-) They tell me that they
love the "Knight's Tale" approach and that they like medieval music, but
that they really, really, really prefer it if it has a cool beat.

One suggestion and question that I have about a teen prom is if the
teens really want a dance just for teens or if they prefer to be part of
the larger group? Perhaps the teens could be the organizers of the prom,
but maybe they prefer that the prom is open to everyone? I strongly
suspect that my daughters, and many of the kids that I know, would pay
money to see knights and dons and the grown-ups that they know and love
wearing duct tape prom wear :-)

I realize that a lot of teens and twenty-somethings (I count them too,
even though they don't technically fall into the "Youth"category) are
not on this list. Maybe people could ask around in their home groups and
get back to our Kingdom Youth Minister with feedback?

Thanks a gaziliion to all of you for your ideas and enthusiasm!

YIS,
Tamar
