Winds in the Shire of Windegate.

Lord Dalton from Avacal had a presentation on behalf of Lord Arthern, Kingdom of Artemisia Archery General who unfortunately 
could not be present. Lord
Miles Stockten of the Barony of Sentinels Keep was given the red tassel and the rank of Master
Bowman. 
As explained by Lord Dalton of Avacal, this
means that he is in the top 10% of all archers in the Known World.
