            This is just a reminder that there are only a few days left to
Pre-register for Estrella War 26, XXVI, Arts and Sciences Competition.
 Pre-registration
must be received by Saturday January 16; 2010.  It is now a NEW and easy to
fill out - ONLINE Estrella War XXVI (26) Arts and Sciences Competition
Pre-registration form!  No more need for printing, copying, scanning, and
mailing the form to get them in! Just type and click you're done!  So fill
your form out today!

#2        There are still 13 more days left to pre-register using ACCEPS
until January 17, 2010 and use your credit card to pay!  If you
pre-register, you may arrive on Monday, Feb. 8, 2010.  If you pre-register
for arrival from Monday through Thursday at midnight, you can save $20.00

#3        If you want to participate in the Combat Cookery Contest at
Estrella War, you must submit an Intent to Participate no later than January
31st.  Email intent to field a Team to the Combat Cookery Coordinator, Lady
Freydis atskmaher1 at yahoo.com by Januray 31.  Official rules for the
competition are located on the Period Demo Center Web Page of the Estrella
War web site.



#4        Are you a Chirurgeon or do you just play one on TV?  If you are
the real thing and you would like to spend some time helping out at Estrella

#5        If you are planning to attend Estrella War, won't you please
consider taking time to volunteer?  There are lots of things to do from
paper work for Troll or other "sit down" places, and if you prefer active
volunteering, there are plenty of jobs to do from driving Water Trucks, or
joining the Watch or setting up and taking down battlefield stuff or driving
a golf cart for Special Needs.  You can contact Staff department heads
directly or fill out the Volunteer form on the Estrella war Website at
