[Artemisia] [Cote du Ciel] Camping Rice

It just so happens that I cooked a pot of basmati rice for about 20 people
a few years ago at Estrella. The best method is to bring 2 cups of water
to a boil, add one cup of cleaned rice, add 1/4 cup butter. Bring to a
boil again then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender,
stirring occasionally. Will feed approx 8 people depending on serving
size. Increase amounts to feed additional people.

Hey!

Thanks everyone for the advice. I decided to do the old tried-n-true
pre-cook method. I was just a little worried about the large batch on a
small stove....in a small pot.

Thanks again!
