Ok so half way home I realized that I left my red Hooded sweat shirt laying on the ground on merchants row where silent armoury was at and for got to pick it up. It is a Red hooded sweat shirt that says Native american or native pride (something like that) and has feathers hanging down from the writing. if you have it or find it please let me know
