[Artemisia] KEO position open for bids

Just to make sure the word gets out because I know not everyone reads 
the Sage cover to cover, the position of KEO is open for bids to be awarded at 
the end of December (I'll do the annual reporting) for a good new person to 
ring in the new year / equestrian season.

Bids can be sent email or mail, all necessary addresses are in the Sage.
