On the lighter side there goes casual sex, and don't have an allergy attack in public. Burkas will become high fashion.
On the flip side, any one depending on prescription drugs to keep them alive will expire fast.
Gardening is year round in warmer climates. Learning how to forage for food would happen really fast. Survivors would migrate. It's amazing how much food goes to waste from gardens ever where. I trapped Med flies in California a number of years ago, and saw so much waste. That would stop. Most of us would get skinny.
People who survived would have to do with out mechanical transportation. The prospect of walking would be a hardship for many. Those who survived would be the ones that figured out how the use natural herbs, and foods to keep death at bay. I think disease free clans would form.
strangers would be shot, for fear they would be carriers.
Does any one see a pattern?
