The OP site has been down for awhile (there is limited access to the info that was there via Archive.org http://web.archive.org/web/20050208030615/http://www.dogphilosophy.net/~art/op.html.  I have recently (in the last month) taken over the Wormwood Pursuivant office (OP Clerk) and I'm working on updating the OP and will have something posted on the kingdom website soon (hopefully).
