[Artemisia] Paper and Electronic Newsletter Update

 I have a question on why the BOD wants to go electronic for the newsletters?
 
First they change the T.I to a subscription product.
 
Then they start talking about raising the member ship cost.
 
And now they want to have the newsletters go electronic to reduce cost.
 
Where is all the money we pay in to SCA .INC going?
