[Artemisia] sumptuary question

Excellency,

I believe that having successfully completed your tenure as a Palatine Baroness
is equivalent to successfully reigning as Territorial Princess, but in truth the
question comes down to two things- were you specifically named a Court
Baroness by the Caidan Crown when you stepped down; and either way if you wear a
Baronial Coronet and introduce yourself as "Maxine, XXth Palatine Baroness of
the Western Seas" we're pretty much all gonig to accept your word for it.  One
little caveat- Artemisia has *no* Sumptuary *law*, we find Sumptuary Custom to
be enough.

On the other note, there actually is an Incipient Shire on the Most Eastern
Border of Artemisia, in the area mundanely called Glendive, may I ask where
specifically you live?  Private response to that question is fully acceptable,
if you prefer, we might be able to introduce you to your Shire-mates.
 Morgan

Baron Morgan Blaidd Du,
GHA(2), CQC, PCA, CCH;
Protege and Ghillie to Baron Master James Ulrich MacKellar, OL OP;
and Baroness Mistress Rachel Ashton, OP
