[Artemisia] Water for Raptor War

During the Clean Up Party this weekend, we got some bad news. The Watertruck we 
were expected to have has developed a leak and will no longer hold water. We 
will have enough for the horses, and if we can get some large water barrels, we 
can keep them supplied with water, but we need water carrying devices. If you 
can help with supplying those, please let me know asap.
