[Artemisia] Kingdom Pavilion Question

I recently learned that the Kingdom Pavilion had sustained some damage at Estrella.  The story was that the wind lofted the top of the tent off the center pole, and when it came back down, the pole punched a hole in the tent top.
 
Does anyone know the details of this?  And more particularly, where is the hole and how big is it?  The Barony of 1000 Eyes would like to use the Kingdom tent for Uprising, but need to know if it needs to be repaired before it can be used....and time is a little tight!
