[Artemisia] costume challenge

Thank You Mistress Bianca da Ravenna.  When the subject came up there was some 
confusion as to the  exact rule and time frame of this challenge.  Now  I can 
direct people to the rules .

I understand that there has been a costume challenge issued by someone to do a 4 

layer costume of any time period.  I understand that it may have been issued by 
Mistress Biancaraven.  If anyone has details or a link to the rules could you
