[Artemisia] Reminder: Crown Tourney Letters of Intent

Greetings, all.
As a reminder, letters of intent for Crown Tournament must be received by
Their Majesties, THL Sajah (the Kingdom List Mistress), and myself no later
than two weeks prior to the tournament.  If you would like to deliver yours
in person, all the parties who need to receive them will be at Coronation
tomorrow and Defender Tourney in Loch Salann next Saturday.  Otherwise,
please mail them with adequate time for them to be received by the due date.

As a reminder:  a complete packet includes the Entrant's Information Form
(found in the Sage Advice or found on the bottom of the sidebar on the right
side of this page:  http://artemisia.sca.org/Event/calendar.htm ) , copies
of membership cards for combatant and consort, copy of the authorization
card for the combatant and a letter of intent.  Please note:   It is not
required to send a copy of the letter of intent to myself or THL Sajah, as
we understand that some people consider these letters to be their personal
words to the King and Queen.  These items may be sent electronically as long
as clear copies of the cards are attached to the email along with the
forms.
