[Artemisia] Kingdom Fighting Roster/Crown Tournament

Greetings all!  

I wanted to remind all fighters but *especially* those planning to fight in
the upcoming Crown Tournament to be sure that your authorization card is up
to date, AND that the 3x5 end of it has been sent to the Minister of the
Marshallate Rolls. (that would be me)  

If there is ANY doubt in your mind about whether or not you appear on the
Kingdom Rolls, PLEASE contact me asap.  While it is the responsibility of
the authorizing marshal to make sure that card is mailed to me, it is the
fighter's responsibility to follow up and make sure he/she appears on the
rolls.  

I have sent a copy of the latest rolls to the Kindgom Earl Marshal and to
the Webmaster, but if ANYONE would like a copy, you can email me at this
address (sgibson at edulog dot com) and I will gladly send you one.  I
believe their MAY be some fighters who's cards I have not received.
