[Artemisia] Hey Traditional Archers!

I'm trying to talk him into Uprising, we'll see what happens...

I picked up a half dozen arrows from him at Estrella, with some nice bodkin points.  Then when he came through Thousand Eyes, I gave him a dozen raw shafts to fletch and add some bodkins that I already had.  I'm pretty impressed with his stuff.
