Coronation, September 1, 2012, in the Province of Arrows Flight

Challenge to all Teens: Can the teens of this fair kingdom
rise to the occasion? I hereby challenge all Artemisian teens to volunteer to
serve at the lunch fundraiser. Bribes, I mean, rewards will be given to each
and every teen who fulfills this challenge.

Fundraiser: Lunch will be served as a kingdom
fundraiser. Support your kingdom! With cookies! Please donate cookies to
be sold during the kingdom lunch fundraiser. You will receive a credit towards
your lunch purchase for every dozen cookies donated.

Kids activities: Several engaging and fun children’s
activities are planned in honor of our most gracious Prince and Princess. There
is also a large playground on site (adult supervision required).

Court: Court will be held in the courtyard of the castle. It
is a lovely setting, but it is open to the elements. The center area of the
courtyard will be in full sun during the middle of the day. Sunscreen, hats,
and/or parasols are highly recommended.

Tents: You are welcome to bring simple shade tents to set up
on the tourney field. There is not really space for pavilions, but the
10x10-sized shade tents will set up nicely between the still quite young trees.
Because of the sprinkler lines, stakes must be shorter than 12 inches.

Banners: Please bring your banners to ornament both the
castle and tourney field.

Feast: There are still a few seats open for feast
that evening. Please contact the autocrat for reservations (contact info
below).
