[Artemisia] Palantine Baron visiting

I would just like to make a clarification about this.  The Barony of the Far West is a Palantine Barony which is part of the Kingdom of the West.  
 
It is indeed an honor to have His Excellency visiting the Province of Arrow's Flight.
