HI! Chiming in.  

I was told when the pavilion repairs were approved, that you (John Gilson) were taking care of the creation/acquisition of the new stakes (and caps).  So obviously somewhere there is a miscommunication if you were unaware of that.  If you are not still the person, then we need to get those reassigned asap.
