Thatsounds like so much fun! It’s too badthat I live so far away; I would be there if I didn’t live in Aethelmearc (WestVirginia).
Have a bit of fun for me.

Whew! You didn't know we could get so much crammed into one event, did you!

Tomorrow, October 13, is the BIG DAY!

The site is the Roy Christian Church, 4347 S 1900 W in Roy, Utah.

The site opens at 11am and closes at 9pm.

Site fee is $3 per person for everyone ages 6 and older. Family cap is $12.
There is no non-member surcharge.

The Baronial Arts and Sciences Champion will be chosen. Anyone can enter for
judging, feedback and PRIZES, but only a Baronial member can become Champion.
Kingdom rules will be used. Vicaress Bianca is coordinating the competition.
Please refer any questions to her.

Bardic performances are encouraged and will be performed during breaks in the
Masked Ball.

There is no feast fee if each family unit brings either soup/stew/chili to feed
10-12 OR two dozen cookies/donuts/cupcakes. Store bought is fine and there is a
Harmons very near the site. There will be pots and ladles available, if needed.
For those not wanting to bring food, there is a $2 per person feast fee. Don't
worry about feast gear--we will be using disposal (who wants to do dishes,
anyway!).

Activities are to be done by teams--preferably adult/child teams, but any team
components are acceptable. Each activity costs $1 per team. Here is the list
of activities:
Build a Castle--castles will be judged and PRIZES awarded!
Make a Catapult so you can defeat all those enemy castles!
Decorate a Mask to wear to the Masked Ball!
Make Board Games--lots of games will be available to make!
Decorate a tote bag to carry your stuff to events!
Make bread sculptures and butter to be eaten during the feast!

There will be a bag raffle with LOADS of cool stuff (I just counted and I have
more than 30 items--books, toys, crafts, etc.). Get 5 (!) tickets for every
dollar spent on activities.

Contact me if you have any questions. See you tomorrow!

Mistress Rebecca Chadderton
