[Artemisia] Update for Crown Tourney

[Artemisia Seneschal]

Their Royal Majesties Daman II and Veronique II have decided that They
WILL accept Letters of Intent for Their Crown Tourney via email. Please be
sure to send your Letters of Intent, proof of membership for both fighter
and consort, copy of fighter authorization card and entrant forms for both
fighter and consort to Their Royal Majesties at crown at artemsia.sca.org

All of the required paperwork except the Letter of Intent must also be
sent to myself as Kingdom Seneschal and Dame Meraud as Kingdom Lists
Mistress. Our email addresses are:

Remember, the required paperwork is due by March 23rd, 2013. Must be
RECEIVED by March 23rd, not postmarked.
