[Artemisia] Two more Raptor War updated

Pardon the bandwidth, but just a few more updates on activities scheduled
for Raptor War:

Youth Combat is happening and will be marshaled at Raptor War by Master Don
Azir. Look for the scheduled time at the Reeve Table at War. The current
Society Rules for Youth Combat can be found on the Raptor War Activities
website. Thank you Master Azir!


Also, Their Majesties have requested that Peer Circles be held at Raptor
War. These will be in the afternoon on Saturday at Their Majesties
discretion and more information on the time and place will be available at
the Reeve Table on Saturday morning.

And please remember that a Reverse Laurel's Prize Tourney is planned for
Saturday afternoon at 3pm. Any Laurels who have questions, feel free to ask
away. Thank you
