[Artemisia] Loss of the Chirurgeons

  I must apologize for the last minute nature of this appeal.

The BoD of the Society is considering elimination of the Chirurgeons.
My opinion is that this will have an impact the safety of our activities 
, particularly Heavy Fighting !
If you wish to make a comment on this, the BoD must hear from you by 
March 18th.
