[Artemisia] New Submission Forms (V3 Approved 2014)

Our Kingdom has new submission forms (this time all of the instances of
Artemisia are spelled right!). You can download them from here
http://artemisia.sca.org/new/newcomersHeraldry.php or the Kingdom library.

Please spread this joyous news far and wide!

The old forms (V2 dated 2006 at the bottom) will no longer be accepted as
of January 2015.

If you have that perfect drawing on the old forms, now is the time to get
it submitted! I'm sure you can find a herald or 3 at Solstice if you need
to make this happen!
