[Artemisia] Feedback request regarding A&S / Champions event

Your Majesties, Your Highnesses, Mistress Katya and all other interested
parties,
Greetings!
I did not attend this year's Champions Weekend, for several reasons. If
there were 2 separate events, I would choose to attend the separate Arts
and Sciences Competition over Champions weekend. As an artisan who works
mostly with skills that do not do well outdoors (calligraphy, needlecrafts,
occasional performing arts -- where the sound is lost outdoors--, research
papers, etc.), I would much prefer an indoor site for Arts & Sciences. If
a large, enclosed hall -- NOT a pavilion where the wind can blow thru! --
could be part of the event site, then I could see combining the 2 events.
I would also add that so many separate kinds of competitions make for a
very! full weekend -- and I understand that originally this year's
Champions was scheduled for 2 days, but that later it was reduced to just
one day -- really not enough time for everything, in my opinion. I also
have a problem with the suggestion that if a person is interested in more
than one competition, they must choose. That is just not right, and
detracts from the idea of encouraging the arts.
   My two copper pennies,
   Mistress Iduna Snorradottir
