Your Majesties, Highnesses, Excellences, and fellow Artemisians,

As co-autocrat of the upcoming 2015 Kingdom Champions event let me assure
you that the site we've reserved has indoor facilities. The Cache County
Fairgrounds has been host to several SCA events including multiple Crown
Tourneys. There is an indoor feast hall and an exhibition hall where Arts
& Sciences can be viewed out of the weather. There are equestrian
facilities and sizable grounds for archery and camping. There is even a
barn for indoor fighting in case someone's A&S entry is a combat
demonstration.

Yours in service,

Sneferu sa Djedi
