Outstanding!  Nourishing the "new" people is SO VERY impoortant.  The most brilliant artisan, the hardest working Pelican, the bestest, toughest Duke of all time...  they were all "new" people at one time.

I had the privilege of putting two new interested people in touch with local
Chatelaines at Arn Hold and Southlands! That is always rewarding for me when
the chatelaine responds with even a simple, " Got him!"
