[Artemisia] The Raptor War Assassin's Prize Tourney

Once again, The Barony of Arn Hold will be hosting an Assassins’ Prize Tourney at Raptor War! 

Test your sneaky/ninja/viking/ stealth skills on the rest of the Kingdom with an extra twist this year – Lady/ soon-to-be-Her-Excellency Merin has decided she will keep the top Baronial assassin as her Champion! 
(But, never fear – there will also be a prize as well as bragging rights for the last survivor who has the misfortune of living somewhere other than Arn Hold) 

Each Assassin will receive a weapon and a piece of paper with your target’s name. Your goal is to take out all of the competition and survive until Closing Court on Saturday evening.But, remember that someone will have YOUR name and take appropriate precautions. 

Sign up when you get to site between 2 and 7pm on Friday. Tournament will begin after the potluck/opening Court Friday evening and go until there is only one person left. 

Rules – 
• Baroness’ Champion must live in the Barony of Arn Hold 
• You must be at least 16 years old to play 
• You must give your SCA name as the target and to anyone who asks 
• Each ‘assassination' must be witnessed by at least 1 person but no more than 2 people 
• The witnesses must be of an age to attest to what they saw. 
• Bathrooms/porta-potties and the target’s personal tent are off-limits 
• Once you have ‘assassinated’ your target, you will take their target's name from their corpse and continue the hunt 
• Leaving site will disqualify you – please turn in your target name before you leave site 
• If you end up with your own name, please come see Morgan right away for a new target 
• Any disputes are to be resolved by Morgan du Marc
