[Artemisia] Seeking Information

Hello all,

My name is Talyn & I am interested in joining the SCA. I've been having
trouble making contact, so I hope this email reaches someone.

My Fiance and I have a couple of questions about joining. Due to our
distance from any of the regional groups we would not be able to attend SCA
events often. Would it still be possible to join in?

There is one event in particular that we wish to attend if possible: The
whipping winds event. Are non-SCA members allowed to participate in the
combat/game portions of the event?

If so, what would we need to bring?

Does one register ahead of time or at the event itself?

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope that we have not
inconvenienced anyone by using the lists in this way. If anyone is willing
to answer these questions, or knows who I might go to, please let me know!
