[Artretinue] OT: I am now a home owner!

Greetings!

I know that this is a mass mailing, and if you receive
this more than once, my apologies, but I could
not wait to share this news with all my friends.

After 30 years of renting (or barracks living while
in the Army) I am now a home owner!

Closing was this afternoon - 1/2 hour of paperwork,
minimal closing costs and voila! My own place,
for the next 30 years!
