[SCA-AS] A&S at wars of the roses

To the artisans who hear or read these words pay heed,
(please feel free to forward this missive to your local lists.)

As promised, here are the details about the  arts exhibition on Sunday, May 
27 during
Concordia's "Wars of the Roses" event.

Artisan drop off will be at the upstairs area of the barn from 11am-12:30pm
Exhibition open to the populace: 12:30-3
Artisan pick up: 3-4pm


Minimum documentation is encouraged (3X5 cards will be provided if needed)

The populace is encouraged to visit the barn during the exhibition and is 
asked to offer tokens and/or comments for those they deem worthy.  We would 
especially
like to encourage novice and youth artists to display their work.

On Saturday will be the bardic competition and I believe a brewing 
competition as well.  Perhaps times for these events have been posted on the 
event website but I am not at all sure.

So come to Roses, bring stuff to display, look at what others are doing, 
watch the fighting, fencing, thrown weapons, archery, siege weapns, dancing, 
ahhhhh so much to do, so little time....
