[Blgspops] Meeting schedule request

Hello everyone!

 Hope that 2016 has started off well for all of  you!

 I'd like to hear from any and all interested parties as to when and
where would
 be good for both an officers meeting and a music committee meeting.
We need to
 discuss the calendar for our Spring season - especially how late into
summer we 
 want to go. 

 If you are an officer (or interested in helping out with recruiting
and public relations)
 or want to have input into what music we practice/perform this
Spring, please let
 me know what days and times are good for you. Ideally I'd like to
have the meeting
 be in mid-January - say the 14th or 21st (being Thursdays) so we can
get music ordered
 if needed and make sure we have copies for library items for all our
members.

 ANY ideas for recruiting gratefully accepted!
