[Blgspops] ***SPAM*** May or may not be fixed

So, the 'SPAM' warnings are from the entire new server that the email 
list was migrated to (which explains the burst of messages from the 
summer, as well).

If the message is too short, or contains attachments, it'll get flagged 
(at least for now). The guy who runs things is going to try and fix it, 
but it may take some time (it is the weekend, after all).

So, don't worry a LOT and we'll see what happens.
