
<html><body style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue',Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">So there are a few things to tell everyone about the concert.<div><br /></div><div>Dress Rehearsal Friday, Dec 11. Music start at 7 pm, so try and be on time. Remember this</div><div>is a tech run-through for the lights and sound as much as for the music.</div><div><br /></div><div>Sunday, Dec 13 is showtime!</div><div><br /></div><div>Curtain opens at 3 pm so we will need to be in place on stage well before that.</div><div>John will let us know on Friday when we should be at the theatre on Sunday afternoon.</div><div><br /></div><div>There will be a DVD made of the concert. $20 per copy, checks payable to Tim Garcia.</div><div>Get John the payment in advance so he can get a solid list of number of copies needed.</div><div><br /></div><div>There will also be an after-concert dinner at the Shrine, in the basement. It will be a buffet</div><div>supper and the Chanters will need solid numbers on attendance to make sure there is enough</div><div>food. John said that there would not be a cost for the orchestra members, but he needs </div><div>good solid numbers of who might be coming. You can tell John or myself at either of the</div><div>next two performances.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Jacquie Ziegler</div><div>President</div><div><br /><br /><br /></div></body></html>
