I know that there were a lot of people who had other things going on last night, but you all missed a fun get-together.</p>
<p><br></p><p>We basically had a small ensemble rehearsal, and quickly discovered that the biggest help was to have marked our copies with measure counts. <br>
</p>
<p><br></p><p>I HIGHLY recommend that everyone go through their individual copies and mark at least the beginning of each line with measure numbers. It was a huge help for us when we did so.</p>
<p><br></p><p>I'll bring extra pencils to the July 7 rehearsal so people can do their own markup then if they don't get to it beforehand.</p>
<p><br></p><p>After a suggestion, also, I'll have copies of the parts needed for both Bach's Brandenburg Concerto Number 2 and Tchiakowsky's Andante Cantabile - both are available from free sheet music download sites and I have made copies of all the parts and the score as well.</p>
<p><br></p><p>Still needing someone to be able to conduct us for the July rehearsals - July 7 and 28.</p>
