[Ek_fiber] announcement gone out to two lists

So far I sent it to EK South and EK AnS.  I'll email it to Shannon
Gallowglass for inclusion in the Pikestaff.

Is anyone subscribed to the EK list?  Would you mind forwarding the
announcement?  Are there parallel groups to EK South for other regions?
